The only constant is God. He does not change and we can rely on Him. Hebrews 13:8, "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever."
So when you are in a place where you want everything to stop and you are looking for peace, you may find it with God. "Hold to God's Unchanging Hand" think of the hymn (Words by: Jennie Wilson, 1906. Music by: Franklin Eiland).
Trust in Him who will not leave you through the good and bad times.
Here are a few thoughts and quotes from a book I read called "Who Moved My Cheese?" By Spencer Johnson, M.D.
- "Change Happens - They Keep Moving the Cheese"
- "Anticipate Change - Get Ready for the Cheese to move"
- "Monitor Change - Smell the Cheese often so you know when it is getting old"
- "Adapt to Change Quickly - the quicker you let go of old cheese, the sooner you can enjoy new cheese"
- "Change - Move with the Cheese"
- "Enjoy change! - Savor the adventure and the taste of new cheese"
- "Be ready to quickly change again and again - they keep moving the cheese"

Ask yourself what you want to change and what you need to change but keep hold to God's unchanging hand for your guiding light.
